There are variations in the program, depending on your state. For instance, there are states that charge a small monthly fee to participate in the program. How do you Qualify?
You may qualify for a Qlink phone if you are receiving unemployment, or if you work but your gross family income is at or below 125% of the Federal Poverty Guidelines. You qualify if you receive help from any of the following agencies:

How do I check my minutes?
It is important to know how many minutes you have used if you don’t want to run out of minutes before the end of the month. To check your minutes on your Q link minutes, 611, listen to the message and at then press the number 6, after the hit 2 and next 1.
You can also monitor your by logging into the site, enter your email address, password, zip and click ‘log on.’ Once you’re logged into your account, press ‘View Usage/Minutes, and you will see your existing phone uses and minutes that are left for the month.
